This is a very low-key informal video, just me trying to make sense of everything and share what's been going on. If you're new here, I'm Daniela, and I live with multiple chronic illnesses, including fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, and POTS. Recently, I was diagnosed with #ankylosingspondylitis or #spondylitis , a condition that has added to my ongoing battle with chronic #backpain. The journey to get here has been anything but easy.
