In this video, we are talking about how the free Internet or heavily discounted Internet program referred to as ACP, affordable connectivity program is now officially over for the low income. This program started a few years ago and has been assisting over 23 million low income household with free or heavily discounted Internet services through the ACP, affordable connectivity program. As of right now, the program has run out of money completely and is no longer able to pay for Internet for roughly 23000,000 households. As a result, there are many people suggesting bringing this back and offering additional funding or making different changes to the program to offer free or heavily discounted Internet for the low income into the future, unfortunately as of right now the program has ended and we are discussing how this is going to impact the low income as well as how easily this could have been prevented.
