The Camera is your Canvas in the world of Intentional Camera Movement (ICM), your movements are your brush strokes. In this video we take a look at how specific movements affect the result of each unique ICM image and I introduce the "lingering" approach to burn specific areas into the sensor.

ICM can be a fulfilling artform but like all art, it takes practice. But practice alone isn't the answer as, unless you have a fundamental understanding of how the images are produced, you could be dancing with your camera forever and only ever get to see blurry images rather than the art you desire.

That's where this video comes in. It discusses how you might select a subject and then how you might set about moving the camera over it to get the most amazing photographic outcome.

ICM is a fulfulling artform, but it takes practice and a lot of frames. I hope this video inspires you to go and create some amazing images.
