Have you ever ruined your souffle pancakes?
Don't worry though. The taste remains unchanged.

▷Materials
- 2 Eggs (Yol 40g, White 70g)
- 40g low gluten flour
- 25g milk
- 40g sugar
- 1g vanilla extract
- some cooking oil

▷Tips
-When making souffle pancakes, it was important to control the egg white meringue and heat. If the meringue didn't work well, you could make a bigger pancake if you put it on the pan in 2 batches.
-Be sure to preheat the fire and cook it on low heat.
-Cooking oil to be applied to the frying pan should be applied as if wiping it off, so that the outer surface of the pancakes comes out with a pretty brown color.
