In this video, I show you how I painted my first ever Tau miniatures for Warhammer 40k Kill Team. I talk you through the entire process, from priming to highlighting, and share with you the tips and tricks I learned along the way.

Tau are a futuristic alien race that use advanced technology and teamwork to fight for their vision of the Greater Good. They have a distinctive style of armor and weapons that can be painted in various color schemes and patterns. I decided to paint my Tau in my own sept scheme, which is sage green and deep plum purple. I experimented with some different shading techniques, such as acrylic pin shading and oil washes, to create more depth and contrast on the miniatures.
