Because this was the 1st time using the drone I carried out a few test drops first and also explain how I use the Aeroo Drones, Aeroo Pro in detail by also screen recording my phone showing the controls I use. I also include the 4K video quality that the drone takes as well!

Thankfully we do catch some fish! Which means (as always) we come back to the kitchen where I turn the freshly caught Kahawai into a beautiful Uncle-Roger approved Baked whole kahawai stuffed with Kimchi Fried rice.

Kimchi fried rice stuffed kahawai (Australian Salmon) Recipe:

Ingredients: *assuming portions cups of cooked, leftover rice
For the kahawai:
1x butterflied kahawai (aussie salmon)
3 TBS ghee (clarified butter)
1 TBS rock salt and ground pepper

For the kimchi fried rice
leftover rice
1 diced onion
~2 cups old/sour kimchi
1 tsp of gochugaru powder (red chilli flakes)
1 TBS sesame oil
2 TBS soy sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
