Cumin seeds/jeera/jeeragam is a popular spice used in cooking cuisine all over the world. They are also used for medicinal purposes to heal digestive problem, inflammation ,vomiting ,symptoms and relive from a viral infection in babies toddlers kids and even adults. Cumin seeds can be included in babies diet after 6 months. When you introduce cumin seeds you can start with cumin water. Jeera is used as it is or as a powdered form depending on the recipe. When starting out feed on the 2 teaspoon of jeera water. As baby gets adjusted to the taste gradually increase the quantity.

শিশুর মায়েদের একটা অভিযোগ সবসময়ই দেখা যায় যে শিশু খেতে চায় না। এই খিদে না হওয়ার পিছনে একটা বড় কারণ হল শিশুর হজমে অসুবিধা। শিশুর হজম শক্তি বাড়ানোর জন্য এবং খিদে বাড়ানোর জন্য আজ আপনাদের সাথে একটা ঘরোয়া রেমিডি শেয়ার করলাম। যার নাম হল জিরা জল।
আমাদের রান্নাঘরে খুব কমন একটা মসলা হলো এই জিরে। আর এই জিরে আমাদের শিশুদের শরীরের জন্য ভীষণ উপকারী। এই হোম রেমেডি টি করে দেখবেন শিশুদের গ্যাসের সমস্যা ,হজমে অসুবিধা,বমি বমি ভাব, ঠান্ডা লাগা, সর্দি কাশির মত ভাইরাল এবং ব্যাকটেরিয়াল ইনফেকশন থেকে শিশুদের রক্ষা করে। এই জিরে জল শিশুদের খাওয়ালে শিশুদের খিদে বাড়ে। 6 মাস বয়সের পর থেকে এটা শিশুদের দেওয়া যাবে কিন্তু খুব সামান্য মাত্রায়। শিশুর বয়স এক বছর হয়ে গেলে তা ধীরে ধীরে পরিমাণ বাড়াতে হবে, ভিডিওতে পরিমাণ বলা আছে। তাই আর দেরি না করে চলুন দেখে নিই এই হোম রেমেডিটি আমি কিভাবে বানালাম।
