customer brought the vehicle into me with a failed gearbox and they had sourced a good warranted 2nd hand gearbox. on investigation on the 2nd hand gearbox I found that the oil pan was excessively corroded so I took the the good oil pan off the original box as it was in better condition.. replaced the box with fresh automatic transmission fluid (ATF).
The car now drives faultlessly.
