Blackpool's Central pier was evacuated this afternoon due to an electrical fire which broke out at the bar at the end of the Pier according to the Fire Brigade. No reports of any causalities so far. Fire could be seen but one eye witness says “they weren’t messing about” firefighters were seen wearing breathing apparatus as they entered the pier. At least Four fire engines and crew were at the seen around 1.30pm
