Amazing John Deere 6081H engines! I was onboard this bus with ‪@knowahl.a.denglish6034‬ and ‪@VinceTransportProductions‬!

Last time ‪@VinceTransportProductions‬ provided me the video of #2215 on the 73 (see it here:    • Santa Cruz Metro 2003 New Flyer D35LF...  , but I've never rode this unit myself in person. Finally on this day of free fare, I rode this unit on the 35, which has a mix of both local streets and freeway sections!

This batch of C35LFs were originally powered by Diesel and Detroit Diesel Series 50 engines, but later on converted to CNG with John Deere 6081H engines. Some of us call them D35LFC since they have an interesting story to tell! Get ready to enjoy this loud bus and maybe you will want to ride it yourself too!
