Honda CRF250L Fork Oil Change DIY

Today I will be changing the right side fork oil as I have already changed the left side when I upgraded to a race tech spring.

There are a few videos on youtube already about this, but I thought I would make a video that most people can relate to working on there bike by themselves and using basic hand tools out the back yard you can still get the job done, without sending it to a mechanic or a bike workshop.

I have used Penrite 10w full synthetic fork oil in both forks and it feels awesome now.

Sometimes I do things a bit ruff or it may seem that I don’t work with care, sometimes you need to just rip in and get the job done and get back out riding.

My bike currently has no header on it as the FMF megabomb that was on it was faulty and I’m waiting for a new one to come back from FMF in the U.S.
