So Rest Easy is a senior project written, directed, composed, and edited by Emma Cox. This film was completed in 17 months (that included writing the script). The cast and crew are composed of some of the most talented, kind, and generous students I could have asked for.

When I started making the film, I knew I wanted to tell a story that someone could relate to. The concept of loss was no new idea to the students of my school. My goal was to communicate to my friends and peers that you're never truly alone, and that there's always someone to talk to.

I also wanted to communicate that people often leave our lives, whether the move, or unfortunately pass away. In light of these events, we must remember to live our best lives in their memory, and to live how they would have wanted us to live. If there was any message to was communicated the most, I hope it's that one.
