डूँगरपुर शहर में स्थित यह मंदिर माँ धनमाता का है. यह मंदिर 736 साल पुराना हैं. नगरपरिषद् द्वारा 1 करोड़ रूपयों में इसको पर्यटन स्थल बनाने का कार्य शुरू किया गया. यह शहर सबसे पुराना धार्मिक स्थल हैं.
