Some of my first BBQ memories as a kid are eating savory beef short ribs while on the ranch. An onion thrown in the coals and grease dripping onto the hot fire added the subtle hints of flavor to compliment the perfectly seasoned ribs. It was this memory that inspired my rub – APC OG – which I call the Original All-Purpose Seasoning for BBQ and Grilling.
