Things are starting to grow and I finally had enough to run a load through the freeze dryer! I'm most excited about the cilantro because we love to make pico de gallo with our fresh tomatoes, but never have cilantro in the heat of the summer. This should solve our problem since it will so easily reconstitute on the liquid of the tomatoes.
