Here's the best way to make your own adjustable stand no matter what kind of hammock you have. The design is fold-able, flexible, portable, and can be built in a day. And can be easily disassemble for easy storage.
Materials for this build:
3 2X4 10 ft (I used pressure treated wood, its more expensive but usually
3 2X4 8 ft (better quality, avoid big knots and voids in the boards) Thanks for the feedback here!
1 2X8 16 inches
2 3/8 8 inch long eye bolts
2 1/2 6 inch long eye bolts
4 3/8 inch 5.5 or 6 inch long bolts
2 3/8 inch 8 inch long bolts
4 3/8 inch T-nuts (typically sold in packs of 2 or 3)
1 lb box of 4 inch long exterior deck screws ( ~47 with plenty left over)
4 3/8 inch nuts (sometimes these come with the eye bolts)
2 1/2 inch nuts (sometimes these come with the eye bolts)
