It's winter. It's cold here in Vermont. It snows here in Vermont. It's windy and icy and slushy and AWESOME here in Vermont. We love calling the Green Mountain State home, but that's because we embrace the four seasons. My longevity in cycling is because I can keep it diversified. I'm not on a bike 5 hours a day every day. That might sound dreamy, but that's not sustainable. Heck, you'd probably give yourself tendonitis with that routine too.

So by skiing all types of terrain, snowshoeing, riding indoors and outdoors, riding fat bikes and road bikes and using the home gym, and chasing Hazel around all day, it makes sure things stay fresh and fun and keeps us on our toes.
