My impressions and opinion on using the Milwaukee 5262-21 1" SDS+ Rotary Hammer.

No bits for tile chipping were available from the hardware at the time of purchase.

This rotary hammer works well and is suitable for homeowners and plumbing/electrical contractors, but is best suited to light to medium duty tasks (of chipping tile, chiseling and drilling concrete), as the gear-train heats up considerably under heavy load.
