Sheila Guo says upon their exodus from the Philippines, the dismissed Bamban mayor held both her Chinese and Philippine passport. Following their boat rides out of the country, they took a plane out from Malaysia to Singapore. From Singapore, she, Lucky South 99’s Cassandra Li Ong, and Alice took a ferry to Batam, Indonesia where were apprehended by Indonesian authorities.
