Today, I am going to share a list of the 10 FASTEST GROWING Vegetables to plant in Mid - Late Summer that you can sow direct from seed and start to pick and harvest as they grow.

The great thing about these quick-growing vegetables is that you can interplant them between your other plants. Fill in the gaps! Most of these will benefit from the dappled shade of other plants to reduce the risk of them bolting and going to seed. As they start to grow you can harvest young leaves off each or pull young carrots to get a continual harvest.
