नोएडा के मेडिकल कॉलेज में डॉक्टरी पढ़ रहे जिगरी दोस्त नमित, अबीर और सुरजू की जिंदगी और दोस्ती तब नई करवट लेती है,जब उनकी जूनियर के तौर पर मंजरी उस कॉलेज में आती है। मंजरी के आने के बाद, दोस्तों की यह तिकड़ी तीन से चार हो जाती है। इनकी दोस्ती में मोड़ तो....तब आता है, जब तीन लड़को का दिल एक ही लड़की पर हार बैठते हैं। अब, अहम सवाल यह उठता है कि मंजरी तीनों में से किसे चुनेगी, जिसका जवाब दूसरे बॉलिवुड फिल्मों से हटकर... कुछ अलग, सरप्राइजभरा और मजेदार होता है, लेकिन यह वाकया कुछ ऐसा मोड़ लेता है, जिससे इन चारों की जिंदगी का रुख ही बदल जाता है। ये चारों न केवल कॉलेज से निकाल दिए जाते हैं, बल्कि कड़वाहट के बीच अलग भी हो जाते हैं।
