When it comes to Hybrid Working there is no one-size-fits all model for how it’s designed, implemented and adopted – even its definition varies depending on who you talk to! This session will delve into what a hybrid work model looks like and what it has in common with zebras and donkeys. It will look at some ‘horrible hybrids’ and how to avoid them and also look at opportunities to create new ways of working which work for productivity, people and planet.
