Viet Tri House, situated in the heart of Viet Tri City and occupying a 97.5m2 area with dimensions of 5m in width and 19.5m in length, underwent a transformative renovation by i.HOUSE.

The initial narrow layout, hindered by a prominent staircase, posed challenges in terms of space and functionality.

The west-facing orientation brought intense heat and noise issues. I.HOUSE's innovative solution involved creating interconnected hanging gardens on the facade, countering heat and enhancing privacy.

The redesigned space seamlessly connects with the original structure, preserving key areas while introducing a modern layout.

The use of basalt and polished concrete ensures both aesthetic appeal and long-term durability, with the entrance's basalt wall acting as a shield against sunlight and noise.

Viet Tri House epitomizes a contemporary urban townhouse trend, offering residents a harmonious and nature-infused lifestyle.
