I am by no means a professional, but here are some things I'm doing to help me get back on track after a busy summer!

BONUS: My overnight oats recipe!
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder (I use the brand Promix)
- 1 tbs PB2 powder (can sub for any form of nut butter)
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp of almond extract (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1/3 - 1/2 water or milk - depending on the consistency you like. I personally don't like mine super liquidy so 1/3 of a cup works for me!

Combine those ingredients then mix in your frozen fruit or toppings of choice. I just put blueberries with mine, but anything goes! Combine and then store overnight in the fridge. Enjoy!
