First trip out in 2024. I spend the evening at a cosy cabin near Alton Towers. I set a HF radio up that was not behaving itself, I can only presume it was the feedline somehow, maybe the length of it?

I do get to try out a Shortwave active antenna I bought from eBay, cook some delicious food and 'entertain' two farm cats with a midi synth guitar.
