RVA Cooks is an 8-week program focused on culinary arts, social and workforce development. The program has been active since 2022, which has gained sponsored from the DEA and Bon Secours. Students are referred to the program from Richmond Police Department, Richmond Public Schools, Richmond Detention Center and general public referrals. To date, the program has graduated over 62 students.
