We shipped 3 containers on one vessel. As we found out later it was too small to overcome the storm, our containers were damaged from the inside.
This was reported in Shanghai. The containers had to be returned to Japan as they could not go further to South America.
Now we are in a debate with the shipping company as to who is responsible for what happened and the associated costs.

This video shows the inspection of first container by the sarveys of the two companies. One sarveyor was invited by us, the other by the carrier shipping comnpany.

I wonder what conclusions will be drawn.
