In this video I'll explain the three changes I made to go from a personal worst 282.4lbs on July 30, 2020 to 219.0lbs on June 15, 2021.

I used the principles in the book Atomic Habits and created a plan for myself, then simply followed it every day. My ultimate weight goal is 200lbs with continued fitness and activity.
