Today I start my journey across Japan. I picked up where I left off last year when I flew back to Japan with my bike and rode from Haneda Airport to Gunma prefecture. I'm starting in Gunma and I'll be riding all the way to Kyushu.

The first goal is to make it up Mount Haruna in Gunma prefecture. It's a TOUGH climb though, our steepest incline hit 15.8%! We of course made it and enjoyed two delicious dinners as our reward.

Along the way, we stopped at a Kofun period ruins site along with a few other beautiful nature spots.
