As Promised here is the HellRider mod with a bit of Upscaling, I still think It can look better, so changes might be done in the future.
This Mod made by Endie is a fast paced in its approach featuring a real nice arsenal with a lot of punch.
I paired it with BTSX and Project Malice, and the second increases the difficulty even more because of the unexpected enemies you might encounter.
