Anil Srinivasan - "A Quiet Courage" The Audio Book Launch [Live Performance]

A Quiet Courage, an audio book on the inspiring lives of Manohar and Mahema Devadoss was launched recently. I am proud to be associated with them as a music composer for this audio book.

One of the most meaningful projects I've composed for -Launch of Audiobook: "A Quiet Courage" - a beautiful story of two extraordinary human beings and great friends, Manohar Devadoss and his wife, Mahema. What a superb launch - so well organized, Shobha Viswanath, Manasi Subramaniam. The personal anecdotes from Sri. Gopal Gandhi, Sriram Venkatakrishnan and Mr N Ram were as endearing as they were entertaining. Do buy the book and enjoy the story and music.

Before giving a piano recital based on the music I'd composed for A Quiet Courage, I responded to Manohar's description of the music as haunting. The accomplished pianist said, "The music is not as haunting as the story!"
