update: 5/11/22 - brian wagoner from the c2 tactical finally called me and verified that the silencer shop does indeed have his email wrong. where this communication failure happened... i'm not sure. we did complete the certification process (5 mins). so word of caution to anyone thinking about purchasing through the silencer shop - make sure you perform due diligence when choosing your dealer! in fact, go so far as to contact that dealer ahead of time to verify they know what they're doing!

update: 2/4/23 - approved. i spoke with brian wagoner from c2 tactical and he told me that i had to wait until he verified the 'paperwork was ready.' he promised to call me back. he never called me back.

update: 2/6/23 - left a voicemail for brian wagoner to call me back. he never called me back.

update: 2/7/23 - i spoke with someone else from c2 tactical and they said i didn't need to wait for anything, come by and pick it up. so i did.

and keep in mind, the silencer shop was uncooperative for MONTHS to get this resolved. both parties dropped the ball in a horrible way.
