Ingredients

2 lbs chicken thighs
2 tbsp chopped mint
1 tsp rock salt
2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp ginger
1 lemon juice (from 1 whole large lemon)
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cinnamon


Methods

1. Wash chicken, pat dry and line up on a nonstick baking pan.
2. Add all the ingredients above on the top of the chicken and mix them together thoroughly.
3. Preheat the oven to 500 degree Fahrenheit and bake for 30 minutes.
4. You can eat the chicken with rice, vegetables and or salad. It goes well with any kind of other food.
5. Serve hot.
