Further work on the form begins with laying the material and marking the places to connect the strips of laminated particle board. I cut the slats on the k690s disc saw for the right length and apply silicone. Then I screw them with screws. Using the level, I set the level on the potting tables and put on the form. I clean the boards and form with acetone and air. After inserting the boards into the mold, I start to clean the tools and knead the epoxy resin for larger castings. I add a permanent black pigment to the resin and mix the whole. After getting the right color, I flood the canyon and all the cracks.
