Today we have another returning target who made his last appearance in Hitman 2, now he's back in Hitman 3 as Elusive Target #22, The Chameleon. Our target goes by the name of Richard M. Foreman, and he's currently visiting Colorado, we'll be seeing to it that he doesn't leave alive.
