First weekend in July! I needed some local currency. Hence, I went to Ben Thanh market to buy the VND--supposedly these places offer a slightly better exchange rate than an average bank's.

Afterwards, I went inside the market to have lunch; it was not as crowded compared to the last time I visited this 'famous' market.
After lunch, i walked the entire outside of the Ben Thanh Market building. It has four entrances--four directions.

After the walk, I got on a Grab taxi to go to my hair appointment. However, the salon has moved to a different location while I was gone out of Vietnam. Now I came back to find out location has changed
Luckily, Lucas, who works at the salon and lives next door from "The Hair Space" (under renovation)--noticed I was 'looking like a lost tourist' found me and offered help.
Lucas called the salon and his boss said I can go directly to the shop to have my hair taken care of. " Since this was Lucas's day off, he was kind to offer to give me a ride to the salon on his motorbike.
I was at the salon within 5 minutes!

What awesome service this salon offers! The level of service is more than I expected.
