民國46年1月6日，政工幹部學校第5屆校慶，在復興崗中正堂前廣場舉行慶祝大會。大會由國防部總政治部主任蔣堅忍中將主持，5聲砲響後，幹校王昇校長陪同蔣主任步下閱兵台，檢閱在校的千名男女學生。梅長齡少校代表全校師生宣讀上總統書，幹校美籍顧問麥馬斯德、中央黨部第4組主任馬星野、中央委員錢公來、青年救國團代表趙仰雄等人致詞。接著蔣主任夫婦前往文化街眷區為托兒所啟鑰，由蔣夫人剪綵。隨後，大會餐開始，來賓、家長、校友和全校師生4千人於大操場上聚餐，蔣主任和王校長先後致詞，並為反共抗俄勝利乾杯。

January 6, 1957: The 5th anniversary celebration of the Political Warfare Cadres Academy was held in the square in front of Zhongzheng Hall at Fu Hsing Kang. The ceremony was presided over by General Chiang Jianren, Director of the General Political Warfare Department of the Ministry of National Defense. After five cannon shots, the academy's principal, Wang Sheng, accompanied General Chiang as they descended from the reviewing platform to inspect a thousand male and female students. Major Mei Changling read a letter addressed to the President on behalf of the students and faculty. Remarks were given by the academy's American advisor McMasters, Director Ma Xingye from the 4th Department of the Central Party Committee, Central Committee member Qian Gonglai, and Zhao Yangxiong from the China Youth Corps. Following this, General Chiang and his wife went to the military dependents' housing area on Wenhua Street to inaugurate the nursery, where Mrs. Chiang cut the ribbon. The grand banquet followed, with 4,000 guests, parents, alumni, and students dining together on the main field. Both General Chiang and Principal Wang delivered speeches, toasting to victory in the fight against communism and the Soviet Union.

1957年1月6日、政工幹部学校の第5回校慶は、復興崗の中正堂前の広場で祝賀大会が行われました。大会は国防部総政治部主任の蒋堅忍中将が主催し、5発の砲声の後、校長の王昇氏が蒋主任を伴い、閲兵台から下りて校内の千名以上の男女学生を検閲しました。梅長齡少校が全校生徒と教職員を代表して総統への書状を朗読しました。学校の米国顧問マクマスター、中央党部第4部主任の馬星野氏、中央委員の錢公来氏、青年救国団の代表の趙仰雄氏が演説しました。その後、蒋主任夫妻は文化街の眷属区に向かい、託児所の開業式を行い、蒋夫人がリボンをカットしました。続いて、祝賀会が始まり、来賓、保護者、卒業生、全校の教職員・生徒約4,000人が運動場で食事を共にしました。蒋主任と王校長が順に挨拶し、反共・対ソ連勝利を祝して乾杯しました。
1957년 정공간부학교 (현 국방대학 복흥강학원) 교경

1957년 1월 6일, 정공간부학교 제5회 교경 행사가 복흥강 중정당 앞 광장에서 개최되었습니다. 대회는 국방부 총정치부장 장견인 중장이 주관했으며, 5발의 예포 소리 후 학교장 왕성이 장 주임과 함께 열병대에서 내려와 천여 명의 남녀 학생들을 사열했습니다. 메이창링 소령이 전교 학생과 교직원을 대표하여 대통령에게 보내는 서신을 낭독했습니다. 이어서 학교의 미국인 고문 매크마스터, 중앙당부 4부 주임 마싱예, 중앙위원 첸공라이, 청년구국단 대표 자오양슝 등이 연설을 했습니다. 그 후 장 주임 부부는 문화가 거주 구역으로 이동해 보육원의 개소식에 참석하고, 장 주임의 부인이 리본을 잘랐습니다. 이어서 대연회가 시작되었고, 4천여 명의 내빈, 학부모, 졸업생, 학생들이 운동장에서 함께 식사를 했습니다. 장 주임과 왕 교장이 차례로 연설하며 반공·반소련 승리를 기원하며 건배했습니다.
