On 12 and 13.04.2024, zbHistoric organized the disco train at the Stanser Musiktage with the BDeh 140 005 “LSE BDeh 4/4” at the front. It ran from Lucerne to Sachseln, then to Wolfenschiessen and finally to Stans.

The BDeh 140 005 luggage railcar has an interesting history. It originally belonged to the Lucerne-Stans-Engelberg Railway (LSE). Following modernization work and a repaint by the Engelberg Railway Association, it now shines in the LSE livery once again. For technical reasons, it can only travel on the Brünig south ramp as a “towed” or “pushed” vehicle. It is currently used for historical journeys together with the LSE control car.

The zbHistoric association is an organization dedicated to the preservation and maintenance of historic rolling stock. The association was founded in 2012 and also offers trips with its historic trains.
