A compilation of some Blair Thomas' collegiate highlights at the Penn State University. While he is now infamous for being a huge draft bust AKA the guy that was picked over Emmitt Smith, there was a reason he was such a high pick back in 1990. Blair Thomas was one of the best backs in America during his final two years in Happy Valley, and looked like a sure-fire superstar while he cut and juked through hapless defenses.
