Csókakő is a beautiful crag very close to the Castle of Csókakő. It is an older crag, but In the past years there has been a new developement with new routes. This one os in a smaller sector right under the castle wall.

Short but versitile climbing. There is a cool crux move at the beginning and a short crux after a good restjug. Powerfull cruxy climbing with crimps, pinches, slopers and jugs. Sadly the crux hold in the beginning are not visible on the video. The right hand is a approx. 12mm sharp good crimp, the left hand that you go to is a long almost vertical slopy crimp, around the same size. You have to grab the bottom of it, that is slopier than the rest. The top of the hold gets incut and bigger. You match that part with th right a bit later.

My friend Dani has shown me the moves. I went for a flasha ttemped and to my surprise I was able do the first cruxmove on my first attempt. Unfortunately I messed up at the to section. Second go was messed up right away because I changed my beta for the beginning for some reason. +rd tim the charm, it was pretty easy. I am happy that sometimes a 7b is almost flash or second go. Now I should just get myself together and actually flash one.

The name of the route means "Pet Cemetery" in English.
