配方:
杏仁 60g (180˚C 烤十分鐘)
耐高溫巧克力都 20g
低筋麵粉 250g
速溶咖啡 10g(與10毫升的溫水混合均勻)
紅糖/黑糖/細砂糖 60g
鹽 1克
泡打粉 3g
雞蛋 2個
融化的無鹽黃油 30克

180˚C/360˚F 烤30分鐘,取出晾15分鐘後用鋒利的刀切片,160˚C/320˚F烤15-20分鐘至脆硬即可

Ingredients:
Almonds 60g (180˚C for 10 minutes)
Chocolate chips 20g
Cake flour 250g
Instant coffee 10g(mix with 10ml lukewarm water)
Brown Sugar /Caster sugar 60g
Salt 1g
Baking powder 3g
Eggs 2
Unsalted butter 30g(microwave for 20 seconds and cool down)

Bake at 180˚C/360˚F for 30 minutes, let it to cool for 15 minutes, then cut with a kitchen knife and
bake at 160˚C/320˚F for another 15-20 minutes
