🧺 INGREDIENTS
Cassava Roots (കപ്പ) - 800 gm
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 2 + ¾ Teaspoon
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 6 + 5 Nos
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 1 Clove
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 2 Nos
Coconut Milk (തേങ്ങാപ്പാൽ) - 2 Cups (500 ml)
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 1½ Tablespoon
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Dry Red Chillies (ഉണക്കമുളക്) - 3 Nos
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
