Crossing into Brazil with my motorcycle from Uruguay at Jaguarão is an interesting experience. The Uruguayan side is a really weird border town full of duty free stores and bright signs, with people buying all sorts of things. Once you cross over the (really cool) bridge and are in Brazil, nobody stops you. When entering Brazil you can just ride into Brazil with no customs or immigration, I had to search out a police station to get myself stamped in to the country (and this was not well signed), and then I was told that I didn't need to do anything about my bike. Luckily I knew better, and after asking around at a few places I found a different police station where I could declare my motorcycle and enter Brazil properly! I can't believe I have made it all the way from the Arctic to the Antarctica, and now I am in Brazil!
