I saw this Casserole being made on our current TV channel and decided to make it but changed it a little. They used frozen potatoes and I cut up my own red potatoes. They used sharp and mild cheddar cheese. I just used mild. I cooked it a little longer, but oh my gosh, this dish was absolutely amazing. It tasted so good. So if you have leftover Ham, make this for your family. They will thank you. :)
