In todays video I got extremely lucky with some spalted maple, but not only was it spalted it also had orange fungal patches. Turning this into a bowl was a challenge but the end result was worth it! We may never see a piece like this again, between the spalting, fungal patches, bark spots and overall grain this is truly one of a kind.
