Every summer there is one recipe that I keep coming back to.. this tomato and summer squash galette. It takes about an hour and a half to make this dish start to finish, and everyone I have fed it to loves it.

Dough (for 1 galette)
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Freshly Grated Parm
- 6-8 Basil Leaves
- 1 Stick cold butter, cubed
- 1/2-3/4 Cup Cold Water
