How to core a strawberry

Today at Villa Cappelli we're going to be talking
about preparing and coring your strawberries so they come out nice and clean just cut them up and use them or freeze them and that's what I usually do usually for my smoothies.

So most sites are going to use a straw but I actually recommend you use a barman's tool. This is the tool that sticks on top of your vodka or rum bottle.

There's a little shaft here that let's the air into the bottle and
the alcohol will come right out easily. And it's a little bit stronger and it's easier to use because it just fits right in your hand.

So you just stick it right in and should just core that little sucker right out and everything comes out nice and clean.

I'm hope everyone knows do not wash your strawberries before putting them away. It will just make them go bad much quicker. But if you're about to freeze them you can wash them and then I put mine is a ziplock back and stick them in the freezer for smoothies.
