The TRJM is inspired by boutique amps that pursue the beauty of clean tones. Just like the actual amp, it has a 3-band EQ and three mini switches that allow a wide range of sounds. It's the beautiful clean and hi-fi tone you're looking for 'Slow Dancing in a Burning Room' or 'Gravity'.

Peace Hill FX preamps are actual tube preamps, with all the full-sized, quality-brand components, including real tubes running at 300v! This is the real deal, not the "amp-in-a-box" kind of stuff. By plugging them into a power amp (even solid-state ones), or an effects loop return of your amp (which is the input of the power amp), you get a boutique and fully JM-styled sound to your amp. The touch, tone, and feel you get from them are amazing. The closer your power amp/cab setup is to JM's (6L6s, Celestion G12-65H, etc), the better. It's also great going directly into recording interfaces, to shape your tone with tube-like harmonics and extended frequency range due to all the EQ options available.
