A slow-burning side-project in my horological workshop where I build a centring microscope that will be used to accurately line up clock and watch parts in line with the cutting quill/spindle of a milling machine and lathe.
The first few episodes catalogue a number of setbacks that ultimately lead to re-making many of the crucial components.
The finished product is engraved and anodised.
