The Parish of Sts. Philip and James the Apostles in the municipality of Lagonoy, Camarines Sur, held the fluvial procession of the Divino Rostro and Inâ as part of the parish celebration of the feast of Our Lady of Peñafrancia last Sunday, September 3, 2023.
